The Ghost of Bobby Jones

It's the story we sleep at night better believing isn't true.
Bobby Jones was born May 3rd of 1949 in a small town in rural Arizona. Longer for a better life, his parents moved to a quiet community in southern Georgia. Money was tight so Bobby got a job working as a part-time dishwasher at a local cafe. Bobby was proud of the extra money he could now give to his family. But the pride and the life of Bobby Jones ended tragically on March 17th of 1967. Bobby was bringing a lobster to a prep-cook, but he slipped on a wet spot on the floor. The left claw of the lobster impaled his throat. Co-workers looked on in horror as Bobby died on the cold wet floor of the small cafe. This was only the beginning of the story. Soon after the death Bobby Jones several employes reported seeing the ghost of Bobby. The haunting only got worse as time went on. The ghost of Bobby Jones was becoming  stronger, as well as more evil. Within 6 months of his death, all 3 of the employes that had witnessed his death became victims of bizarre deaths themselves. Stewey Adams was the first victim of Bobby's wraith. He was checking his mail one morning when a massive pack of wild gerbils mauled him to death. Dana Stewart was the second victim. She was in her home with her loving family when her time came to face Bobby's wraith. Family members told authorities that she was boiling water to make tea when she became suddenly frantic. They claim she begin yelling wildly "Bobbies in hell and he wants me to burn too!". She then stuck her head into the pot of boiling water. She was pronounced dead when arriving at the local hospital. Joseph Nickles knew after hearing the news that he was next on the list of Bobby's victims. He felt that by leaving the state he could escape the wraith. His lack of a reliable car was the first hurdle he jumped.Joseph went to the nearest dealer and bought a brand new 50' model Chevy. No time was wasted in the escape, for all he needed for the journey out of state was already loaded into the car he traded in. A quick swap out and Joseph was on his way to safety. The next morning Joseph Nickles' new car was found by local hunters abandoned in the woods. After a vigorous investigation, authorities had drawn a blank. Joseph Nickles' body has never been found, no signs of foul play were found in the car or the surrounding area. The authorities did release one strange fact though, the 1950 chevy Joseph had bought had 23 miles on the odometer when he bought it. The car was found the next morning more than 100 miles away from the dealership. The milage on the odometer when the car was found was 88. All test concluded that the odometer was in perfect working order and no tampering of the miles was done.

The cafe Bobby Jones worked and died at has long when tore down. Tales of his death and what foreshadowed the co-workers who witnessed have feel to folk tales, only whispered by small children. For folklore says, if you bring the left claw of a lobster to the area where the cafe once stood on a snowy day, you will see......The Ghost of Bobby Jones.
